Founded 2011 with a clear mission.
Glenshade Holdings was founded in 2011 by two young Black individuals committed to youth empowerment via skills development and job creation in South Africa's telecommunications sector.
Fifteen years on, the same mission still anchors how we hire, how we train, and how we run a site. The work has become more technical and the operating environment more demanding — but the founding intent is unchanged.
We are 100% Black-owned and 51% women-shareholding. The composition of the company reflects the kind of South Africa it was founded to help build.
