How portal access works ▾

1. A Glenshade executive registers your account. Mr Ngale or his nominee creates your user record from the admin panel and emails you.

2. You enrol your authenticator app. Click the link in the email; scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator or 1Password.

3. From then on: 6-digit code = full access. Sign in with your email + the 6-digit code from your app. 8-hour sessions, full audit trail per the POPIA framework.
